The passion and respect he feels for his vineyards are transmitted in his wines and passed onto those who enjoy them. His wines have just been released onto the market and have caught the eye of some of the major wine critics in our country. The wines are beginning to receive praise and the word is spreading.

The vines are situated at an altitude of between 800 and 920 metres and are between 14 and 20 years old.
There is a maximum yield of between 4,000 and 4,500 kg/Ha. A continental climate with a light Atlantic influence. Freezing cold winters and boiling hot summers with important differences in temperature between and night which contributes to a slow ripening and excellent levels of acidity in the grape.
