MERLOT 55% - CABERNET SAUVIGNON 45%
From 20 years old vines in volcanic soils. Manual harvest then fermentation on the skins for 7 days. Half of the wine ages for one year in stainless steel tanks the rest in French barriques 1/3 new oak.
