CROSARA MERLOT

Manual harvest of a single Merlot vineyard of high density 10000 vines/ha. Planted in 1994. The fermentation takes place in small open top stainless steel tanks. 8 days maceration with daily pigeage. Ageing for one year in new French oak then six more months in bottle.
