From a 100 years old vineyard. The grapes are manualy harvest then crushed and cold prefermantation maceration follows. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with malo in French barriques were the wine ages for 24 months. Limited production of 4000 btls.
Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
