SOLIDEO

The wine is produced in exceptional pnly vintages and its name is a tribute to the ecclesiastical origins of the winery. The grapes are sourced from a single vineyard 80 years old with bush vines on gravelly soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the maturation in American barriques for 20 moths and 4 further months in French oak barriques. Long ageing potential of 20+ years.
