100% SHIRAZ
Τhe Eye of Ra is sourced from selected small plots and vines aged up to 110 years in Ebenezer region of Bsrossa. The selected plots are vinified separately in open top fermenters of 1-2 tons with three times the day pigeage. Then maturation took place in 100% French new oak for 16 months, Spontaneous malolactic transformation in oak. The wine is bottled unfiltered and will reward long cellar ageing. Ageing potential 30+ years . Total production 1000bts.
